Saint Michael School of Kalookan was named after Michael John B. Flores, family’s first son and adopted the biblical name Saint Michael the archangel.
Saint Michael School of Kaloocan currently have a total of 384 enrolled students with two sections per level from first to fourth year as well as from grade four to six and one section from pre-school to grade three. The high school level is composed of 156 students, Elementary level composed of 179 students and pre elementary are composed 49 students. There are 21 classrooms but 18 classrooms are currently occupied since there are only eighteen classes in the establishment.
Saint Michael School of Kaloocan is not affiliated with other parochial schools of Saint Michael. As a non-sectarian school, Saint Michael believes in the uniqueness of each child who perceives and understand the world differently from the way the adult does, and his capacity to learn the kind of values the children cultivates, and have objectives that will enable the child to fully develop his potential, sociability, independence, self-confidence and creativity. |
